in Ajo, established many new service lines designed to increase access to high quality healthcare in Western Pima County.

Desert Senita is now a PREMIER employer in two counties (Pima and Pinal). We have NO problem recruiting highly qualified staff, because we pay exceptionally well across the board, and we do things like provide free quality childcare by a highly trained child development specialist to the Ajo staff and visiting patients.
