My name is Dr. Gorky Herrera, and I am a board-certified Doctor of Medicine specializing in geriatric psychiatry.

At Desert Senita Community Health Center, we work closely with our patients and their entire care team to ensure that our patients receive the absolute best care possible.

Just like the many other awesome health care providers and clinicians at Desert Senita Community Health Center, my training is extensive. I personally have 35 years of experience in healthcare. I completed my education at Central del Este, University of Texas medical school psychiatry residency training and University of Miami school of medicine for geriatric psychiatry.

In my spare time, I enjoy cars and water sports.

I joined Desert Senita Community Health Center because my father was a doctor and my inspiration to make a difference in the lives of others.
