Our body’s natural and emotional response to the loss of someone or something. Grief and loss are personal experiences, and it may be expressed differently between people.
Grief can bring up a wide range of unexpected feelings and emotions. 
It can start immediately after a loss, or it come up at a later time.  There is no right or wrong way to grieve.
