If you are a pharmacy requesting a refill, please send an electronic request for the refill to our Patient Support Center if possible. Faxes are accepted as well.
If the patient has not been seen recently, the provider may require an office visit before filling the request. In that case, our Service Representative will contact the patient and arrange for a visit. We will notify you of the status within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the request.
